See Director/Designer Kim Carpenter’s 62 original hand drawn colour drawings which form the visual script for Pixel & Friends. The drawings are full of movement and expression making them accessible for all ages including very young children.

Behind the scenes of a creative production
Sunday 13 April 2 - 3pm Hear how Kim Carpenter created the show from concept, creative workshops, casting, designing and producing. Kim is one of Australia's foremost theatre designers and directors. This talk is especially suitable for older children who have an interest in pursuing a theatre career. Part of the Talks After Noon Series

Kim Carpenter, multi-award-winning Theatre of Image Director/Designer, developed his original story Pixel & Friends with a team of artists. The Powerhouse Museum is full to the brim with breathtaking records of creativity in the arts and sciences. This is a creative show in a creative setting--making the Powerhouse one of Pixel’s greatest friends.
