The Australian Theatre for Young People at the Powerhouse |
The Powerhouse Museum and the Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP) have joined forces to give young people of all ages the opportunity to participate in performing arts workshops at the Museum. Based in Sydney, ATYP is a leader in theatre for and by young people.
The workshops at the Museum are unique in that they link to a range of permanent and temporary exhibitions such as Zoe’s House and Diana: a celebration. Each workshop is run by a trained ATYP instructor. These workshops cater for young people with all levels of experience in the performing arts – from none to a considerable amount, and they are great fun!
